الوقف والابتداء بين المفسرين- دراسة مقارنة نقدية لنماذج تطبيقية-

Résumé: يأتي هذا البحث في سياق استجلاء اختيارات المفسرين لمواضع الوقف في القرآن الكريم، ومعرفة منشأ الخلاف بينهم وموارد الاستدلال على مذاهبهم في ذلك. وقد حاولتُ التمهيد لحيثيات الدراسة بمنهج تأصيليٍّ يناقش علم الوقف والابتداء في جانبه النظريِّ، ومحصّل كتب المفسرين من حيث منهجه العمليّ وثمرته في الكشف عن المعاني ووجوه الاستنباط. ثم توزَّع البحث على مبحثين جامعين تاليين، خصَّصتُ أحدهما -وهو المبحث الأول- بالحديث عن القواعد العلمية التي تُخرِّجُ الوقف والابتداء على المعنى، وختمت آخرهما بالجانب التطبيقي للتفسير المقارن لوقوف القرآن، وانتهيتُ إلى نتائج هامةٍ في هذا الفنِّ اللَّطيف الشَّريف منها: – قيام الوقف والابتداء على أسس كلية كالسياق وحروف القراءات . – للمفسرين اختيارات ترتدُّ إلى قرائن تقوم بنظم القرآن ولا يلزم منها الشذوذ وإنما تؤوَّل بالانفراد لمحاسن تأويلها وجودة استدلالاتها ومرجِّحاتها . This research comes in the context of elucidating the interpreters ’choices of endowment positions in the Qur’an. I tried to lay the groundwork for the study with an authenticated curriculum that discusses the science of endowment and the initiation in its theoretical aspect. And the applied aspect of books of interpretation of the Qur’an and understanding the Qur’anic meanings Then the research was distributed among the following two comprehensive studies, one of which I devoted - which is the first one - to talk about the scientific rules that benefit from building the endowment on the meaning. I concluded the last of them with the applied aspect of the comparative interpretation of the standing of the Qur’an, and I ended up with important results in this honorable art, including: -Establishing a waqf and starting on a holistic basis, such as the context and the letters of the readings. - The commentators have choices that refer to evidence that establishes the systems of the Qur’an and do not require perversion. -Some of the interpreters' choices obscure the singularity and anomalies are not necessary
