Hybrid Political Systems Study Of Arab System And Algerian Case Before The «hirak»

Résumé: One of the paradoxes of today’s political systems is that they claim to be more democratic than others, and this thesis becomes more evident when moving to the world arbitrarily called the Third World because of its recent era with democracy; Democracy in this world came under the impetus of the third wave of democracy, and accordingly , the chronological age of these democracies does not exceed half a century at the most, and this is a matter in itself that creates the problem of democratic consolidation, And it raises the problem of incomplete democracies or hybrid political systems that live on a mixture of democratic values and authoritarian practices in front of human rights organizations and major countries, and give an image that democracy is still in its embryonic phase, and that the time has not yet come for the completion of democracy; This article deals with the nature of the hybrid political systems with a focus on the Arab systems and in particular the Algerian case before the hirak.
