Résumé: The study aimes to determine the impact of organizational culture in its four dimensions (organizational values, organizational beliefs, organizational expectations, organizational norms) on the performance of human resources in the Directorate of Commerce of the state of Ouargla, The study sample consisted of 65 workers in the directorate. The results of the study showed that there is a high level of organizational culture and the performance of human resources among the employees of the Directorate of Trade Ouargla, and there is a statistically significant positive effect of the organizational culture on the performance of the employees of the institution under study, while the results of the study indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the perception of its employees. Human resource performance attributable to personal variables.
