العلاقة بين السلطة التنفيذية و التشريعية في النظام السياسي الجزائري على ضوء دستور 2020
Résumé: إن المشرع الجزائري بقدر ما منح السلطة التشريعية مكانة خاصة بالفصل بين السلطات من جهة و اعتماد مبدأ الازدواجية بإنشاء الغرفة الثانية من جهة أخرى ، بقدر ما أثبت تبعيتها للسلطة التنفيذية و بطريقة قانونية في المجال التشريعي و الرقابي ، وعليه فإن دور السلطة التشريعية في الحياة السياسية بقي لا يخرج عن إطار إضفاء المشروعية على تصرفات و سياسات السلطة التنفيذية و مناقشة الأمور العامة. الكلمات المفتاحية: السلطة التشريعية- السلطة التنفيذية - تعديل الدستوري Summary The Algerian legislator granted the legislative authority a special place in the separation of powers on the one hand and the adoption of the principle of duality by establishing the second chamber on the other hand; likewise, it proved in a legal manner its subordination to the executive authority in the legislative and oversight field; therefore, the role of the legislative authority in the political life still does not deviate from the framework of legitimizing the actions and policies of the executive authority and discussing public matters.
