علم المنطق وأثره في التراث التلمساني، شرح صحيح البخاري للسنوسي (ت:895)أنموذجا

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث إلى بيان تدرج توغل علم المنطق بقواعده ومصطلحاته في العلوم الإسلامية، وانتقله من العلوم الآلية والعقلية إلى علوم المقاصد كالتفسير وشرح الحديث، وقد حدد مجال الدراسة مكانا بحاضرة تلمسان وزمانا بالقرن التاسع الهجري، حيث صار علم المنطق من العلوم الضرورية في تكوين العالم بالشريعة الإسلامية، وقد جعلت الدراسة التطبيقية في كتاب شرح البخاري لمحمد بن يوسف السنوسي، فتجلى من خلال عرض النماذج المجموعة توظيف جميع المباحث المنطقية في هذا الكتاب، وظهرت كثافة حضورها في مساحة صغيرة، مما جعلنا نستنتج أن علم المنطق بقواعده ومصطلحاته صار يقوم بالوظيفة التي كان يفترض أن يقوم بها علم أصول الفقه ومنافسا له؛ وأنه صار متحكما في صناعة العقل الإسلامي وتوجيه فكره في العصور المتأخرة. The purpose of this research is to define the progression of logic science and its rules and terminology in the Islamic sciences from the mechanical and mental sciences to the sciences of legal objectives such as interpretation and explanation of Hadith. The field of study took place in Tlemcen during the Ninth Century, where logic became a necessary science in the formation of the world by Sharia. Al-Bukhari was explained by Al-Sanusi, and it was an evident from the presentation of the models to employ all the logical menses in it, and the density of their presence in a small area. This study helps us to conclude that this science with its rules and terminology became the function that was supposed to be done by the fundamentals of jurisprudence to Islam and guide his thought in the decayed ages.
