تجارب دولية حول إصلاحات الشمول المالي نظرة مستقبلية للفترة من 2020إلى 2025

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تغطية الجانب النظري لمفاهيم الشمول المالي وأهدافه وأبعاده ، مع التركيز على استراتيجيات إصلاحات الشمول المالي التي تساعد في تنفيذ خطط العمل من أجل تحقيق أهداف الشمول المالي ، ومعرفة الطرق لاعتماد هذه الاستراتيجيات وإعدادها ، اخترنا تجارب بعض الدول التي حققت تقدمًا كبيرًا. في مجال الشمول المالي والتعليم المالي ، وهي تجربة دولة فلسطين ، وتجربة دولة الأرجنتين ، وتجربة دولة أوزبكستان ، وأخيراً تجربة دولة مقدونيا ، مع إبراز مؤشرات التنمية وأهم الاستراتيجيات التي اعتمدتها هذه الدول للفترة من 2020 إلى 2025. كما اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الشمول المالي, إصلاحات الشمول المالي، التعليم المالي, الخدمات المالية, الاستقرار المالي. تصنيفات JEL: .G21, G24,G53, G28, G02 This study aims to cover the theoretical side of financial inclusion concepts, goals and dimensions, with a focus on strategies for financial inclusion reforms that are helpful in implementing action plans in order to achieve the goals of financial inclusion, and in order to know the ways to adopt and prepare these strategies, we chose the experiences of some countries that have made great progress. In the field of financial inclusion and financial education, which are Palestine ,Argentina and Uzbekistan 's experiences , and finally experience of North Macedonia, highlighting the indicators of development and the most important strategies adopted by these countries for the period from 2020 to 2025.
