واقع التمكين الإداري في المؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على التمكين الاداري كأسلوب اداري حديث بالمؤسسة العمومية الجزائرية وتم التوصل الى أنّ التمكين الإداري يمس فئة الاداريين ، ويظهر التزام الإطارات و انضباطهم باعتبارهم قادة المؤسسة، أما فعالية الاتصال داخل المؤسسة فتختلف حسب المنصب في الهيكل التنظيمي، و أن الإطارات هي الفئة الأكثر مشاركة في اتخاذ القرارات. This study aimed to identify administrative empowerment as a modern administrative method in the Algerian public institution, and it was concluded that administrative empowerment affects the category of administrators, and shows the commitment and discipline of the frameworks as the leaders of the institution. As for the effectiveness of communication within the institution, it varies according to the position in the organizational structure, and that the frameworks are The category most involved in making decisions.
