آليات تفعيل دور المعلم في ظل الإصلاحات التربوية الجديدة في الجزائر

Résumé: النظام التربوى هو الركيزة الاساسية للتعليم فى اى بلد والمستجدات الحاصلة من تغيرات على الصعيد العالمي تتطلب مواكبة لهذه التحولات على جميع الاصعدة و من الضرورى اجراء اصلاح للوصول الى مخرجات كما ونوعا والذي لا يأتي بصورة فجائية إنما يكون بالتدريج للمعلم اهمية من حيث الدورفى النظام و من خلال مراعاة الإصلاحات التربوية لظروف المعلم و اتجاهاته يتسنى له أن يكون فاعلا رئيسيا و أساسيا في عملية الإصلاح التربوي حتى يتم تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف التي سعى إليها هذا الإصلاح في ظل مراعاة متطلبات المجتمع بصفة عامة قصد تحقيق حياة أيسر له واعداده للتغيرات الحاصلة في إطار تكنولوجية العولمة. الكلمات المفتاحية : النظام -التربية– المعلم – الاصلاح The educational system is the main pillar of education in any country, and the developments taking place from changes at the global level require keeping pace with these transformations at all levels, and it is necessary to conduct reform to reach the outputs of quantity and النظامquality, which comes suddenly, but gradually The teacher has importance in terms of the role in the system, and by taking into account the educational reforms of the conditions and trends of the teacher, he can be a major and fundamental actor in the educational reform process until a set of goals that this reform sought to be achieved in light of taking into account the requirements of society in general in order to achieve life Acer and prepared for the changes taking place in the context of globalization technology.
