Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى دراسة مظاهر التحولات الاجتماعية في منطقة حوض الشلف بمقتضى قرار تأميم الأملاك الشاغرة في 18 مارس 1963. التي عكست توجهات الحكومة الجزائرية للإشراف الفعلي على الثروات الوطنية بواسطة قرارات تأميم. فإلى جانب المظاهر الإيجابية لهذه التحولات الاجتماعية ومنها تحرر اليد العاملة الجزائرية من سيطرة الكولون على المزارع الكبرى للكروم والحمضيات، وتمكين الجزائريين من إدارة المزارع، وإقامة صناعات صغيرة ومتوسطة لتحويل المنتجات الزراعية إلى منتجات غذائية كالسكر في خميس مليانة والعصير ومصبرات الطماطم ووحدة التفصيل بالشلف، فإن لهذه التحولات الاجتماعية انعكاسات سلبية في المناطق الجبلية التي عبر سكانها على تذمرهم من استفادة سكان المدن والمناطق السهلية من العمل في المزارع والمصانع بعد تأميمها بعد الاستقلال وهم الذين تحملوا في تصورهم أعباء الثورة التحريرية. This research aims to study the manifestations of social transformations in Chlef Basin area under the decision to nationalize the vacant properties in March 18, 1963. This reflected the directions of the Algerian government to actually supervise the national wealth through nationalization decisions. In addition, the positive aspects of these social transformations included the liberation of the Algerian workforce from the colonization’s control over the large vineyards and citrus fruits. This procedure enabled the Algerians to manage farms, and establish small and medium industries to transform agricultural products into food products, such as sugar in H̱mīs milīāna, juice, tomato juices, and the detail unit in Chlef. These social transformations had negative impression among residents of the mountainous regions who expressed their grievances about the benefit of the inhabitants of the cities and the plains from working in farms and factories after they were nationalized after independence. Yet, they were the ones who bore in their imagination the burdens of the liberation revolution.
