التنوع اللغوي في الجزائر أشكاله وآثاره

Résumé: انتشرت ظاهرة التنوع اللغوي في المجتمع العربي والغربي على حد سواء، ويعد المجتمع الجزائري من المجتمعات التي تتداول فيها اللغات على اختلافها من العربية الفصحى ولهجاتها العامية، والأمازيغية ولهجاتها المتفرعة عنها، واللغة الفرنسية، وتتعدد هذه اللغات عند الفرد أو المجتمع، ويشكل ذلك ثنائية لغوية إذا ما كان بين لغة ولغة، ويشكل إزدواجية لغوية إذا ما اجتمعت اللغة مع اللهجة، فالفرد الجزائري اليوم يتكلم بلغة ولهجة، أو بلغتين مختلفتين، أو بلهجة واحدة. تحاول هذه الدراسة بحث ظاهرة التنوع اللغوي واللساني في الجزائر، مع إبراز الخصائص لتعدد اللغات والأسباب والعوامل التي أدت الى ذلك، ونتج عن هذا التنوع آثار منها ماهو إيجابي فيه منفعة للفرد والمجتمع، ومنها ماهو سلبي يضر بالعربية الفصحى. : The phenomenon of linguistic diversity has spread in the Arab and Western society alike, and the Algerian society is one of the societies in which different languages are traded from Standard Arabic and its colloquial dialects, Amazigh and its sub-dialects, and the French language. What was between a language and a language, and it constitutes bilingualism if the language meets the dialect, the Algerian individual today speaks one language and dialect, or two different languages, or one dialect. This study attempts to examine the phenomenon of linguistic and linguistic diversity in Algeria, highlighting the characteristics of the multiplicity of languages and the reasons and factors that led to this.
