أهمية استخدام أساليب تقييم أداء الموارد البشرية في تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة الاقتصادية - إشارة لمؤسسة مناجم الفوسفات تبسة-

Résumé: الملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى توضيح عملية تقييم أداء الموارد البشرية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية كعملية أساسية فيها، حيث يتحدد من خلالها مواطن القوة والضعف في أداء الأفراد العاملين لمختلف الأنشطة والعمليات بالمؤسسة، و يتم تقييم أداء العاملين في المؤسسة الاقتصادية وفقا لمجموعة من الأساليب التي تختلف في معاييرها وطرق تنفيذها، فكلما كان أسلوب تقييم الأداء المتبع بعيد عن التحيز الشخصي كلما كان تقييم الأداء في المؤسسة ناجح وفعال. وقد تناولت الدراسة حالة مؤسسة مناجم الفوسفات (somiphos) – تبسة – وبصفة عامة أقرت الدراسة بوجود نظام لتقييم الأداء قائم بهذه المؤسسة، من خلال اعتمادها على أساليب تقليدية في التقييم محددة وواضحة تهدف إلى تطوير أداء الأفراد العاملين فيها وتطوير كفاءاتهم وقدراتهم الوظيفية . Abstract The Purpose of this paper is to clarify the process of assessing the performance of Human Resources in the economic institution as a basic process in the institution through which the strengths and weaknesses in the performance of the personnel working for the various activities and operations in the institution are evaluated, The higher the performance appraisal method is, the better the performance evaluation in the organization is successful and effective. In general, the study recognized the existence of a performance evaluation system in this institution, Through its reliance on traditional methods of evaluation, specific and clear, aimed at developing the performance of the individuals working in it and developing their competencies and abilities.
