أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على التمكين الإداري في المؤسسة الجزائرية - دراسة ميدانية على مؤسسة كوندور ببرج بوعريريج -

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة لمعرفة أثر الثقافة التنظيمية على التمكين الإداري في المؤسسة الجزائرية مع دراسة ميدانية على مؤسسة كوندور ببرج بوعريريج، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم وتطوير استبانة لغرض جمع البيانات،تم توجيهها على عينة عمال المؤسسة محل الدراسة،وقمنا باستخدام الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الاستبيان، اعتمادا على العديد الأساليب الإحصائية الوصفية ومعامل الانحدار الخطين وكانت أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة عن وجود أثر للثقافة التنظيمية بأبعادها (القيم التنظيمية، المعتقدات التنظيمية، الأعراف التنظيمية، التوقعات التنظيمية، الطقوس) على التمكين الإداري في مؤسسة كوندور، وتوصي الدراسة بخلق بيئة ثقافية تشجع على تفويض السلطة وزيادة الثقة بين الرئيس والمرؤوس وتقبل التغيير. The aim of this study is to know the effect of organizational culture on the administrative empowerment of an Algerian company with field study on the Condor company in Bordj Bou Arreridj. To achieve the objectives of the study a questionnaire was designed and developed for collecting data. was directed to a sample of workers of the company under study. We used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences program (SPSS) to analyze the questionnaire data, based on many descriptive statistical methods and the two regression parameters. The most important findings of the study were the impact of organizational culture on its dimensions (organizational values, organizational beliefs, organizational norms, organizational expectations, rituals) on administrative empowerment in Condor company. The study recommends to create a cultural environment that encourages delegation of authority, increased the trust between the president and the subordinate and acceptance of change.
