Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة لمعرفة واقع الثقة التنظيمية في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائرية وأثرها على التمكين الإداري، مع دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة كوندور ببرج بوعريريج،ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات،تم توجيهها على عينة عشوائية من عمال المؤسسة،واستخدامنا برنامج(SPSS) لتحليل بيانات الاستبيان، وقد توصلت الدراسة لوجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لأبعاد الثقة التنظيمية المتمثلة في (ثقة زملاء العمل، ثقة الرئيس المباشر، ثقة في الإدارة العليا) على التمكين الإداري، إضافة إلى وجود مستوى منخفض لمتغيرات الدراسة في المؤسسة المبحوثة،وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة اهتمام مدراء المؤسسة بالعاملين ومنحهم الثقة التي تسمح باستخراج طاقاتهم الكامنة لتحمل المزيد من المسؤوليات. This study seeks to know the reality of organizational confidence in the Algerian economic company and its impact on administrative empowerment, with a field study at the Condor company in Bordj Bou Arreridj. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed to collect data, . The study found that there is a statistically significant effect on the organizational confidence dimensions of (confidence of the co-workers, direct confidence of the president, confidence in the senior management) and the low level of study variables in the company. Workers and give them the confidence that will allow the extraction of their potential to assume more responsibilities.
