دور شركات رأس المال المخاطر في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز دور شركات رأس المال المخاطر في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، من خلال الإجابة عن الإشكالية الرئيسية المتمثلة في: كيف يتم تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة عن طريق شركات رأس المال المخاطر في الجزائر؟ اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي لتحديد ماهية الشركات الناشئة ورأس المال المخاطر، والمنهج التحليلي لتوضيح طبيعة العلاقة بين شركات رأس المال المخاطر والمؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر، من خلال دراسة حالة شركة SOFINANCE. توصلنا لمجموعة من النتائج لعل أهمها أن رأس المال المخاطر يعد من أهم التقنيات المستحدثة لتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة، حيث تؤدي شركة SOFINANCE دورا حيويا لدعم وتطوير وترقية المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر. This study aimed to highlight the role of venture capital companies in financing startups in Algeria, By answering the main problem of: How are startups funded by venture capital companies in Algeria? We relied on the descriptive approach to determine what startups and venture capital are, and the analytical approach to clarify the role of venture capital firms in financing startups in Algeria through a case study of SOFINANCE. We reached a set of results, the most important of which is that venture capital is one of the most important technologies developed for financing emerging institutions, as SOFINANCE plays a vital role in supporting, developing and promoting emerging institutions in Algeria.
