Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة دور رأس المال المخاطر في تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة بمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا، وإمكاناته اعتماده في الجزائر لدعم وتنشيط المؤسسات الناشئة. وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي، وبالاعتماد على تقرير تمويل المشاريع الناشئة في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا (MAGNiTT). وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن رأس المال المخاطر في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا يساهم في تمويل عدد كبير من المؤسسات الناشئة، وأن الدولة الجزائرية في السنوات الأخيرة تولي اهتماما بتمويل المؤسسات الناشئة عن طريق الاستثمار في رأس المال المخاطر وذلك بإنشائها صندوق تمويل المؤسسات الناشئة. This study aims to analyze the reality of venture capital in financing start-ups in the Middle East and North Africa region, And its potential to be adopted in Algeria to support and revitalize its start-ups. By using the descriptive analytical method, And relying on the emerging project financing report in the Middle East and North "MAGNiTT". The study concluded that venture capital in the Middle East and North Africa contributes to financing a large number of start-ups, And that the Algerian state, in recent years, has paid attention to the financing of start-ups through investing in venture capital by establishing a fund for financing start-ups.
