اختبار العوامل المؤثرة في قيادة التغيير على تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة بالمؤسسات الإنتاجية العمومية الجزائرية –دراسة ميدانية

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى إبراز العوامل المؤثرة في قياد التغيير وهي التمكين والتحفيز والدافعية والتدريب والتعليم في تطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة، وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لابراز المفاهيم المتعلقة متغيرات الدراسة وتحليلها في الجانب النظري ، أما في جانب الدراسة الميدانية تمت على عينة من المؤسسات الانتاجية العمومية الجزائرية، وقد تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع بيانات الدراسة ، واستعمال نمذجة المعادلات الهيكلية بالمربعات الصغرى الجزئية باستخدام برنامج Smart PLS، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد تأثير لعامل التمكين والتحفيز والدافعية على تطبيق ادارة الجودة الشاملة في المؤسسات الإنتاجية العمومية محل الدراسة بينما عامل التدريب والتعليم لم يكن له تأثير . The study aims to highlight the influencing factors in change leadership they are empowerment, incentive and motivation, training and education in implementing total quality management, Has been relying on the descriptive analytical approach to highlight the concepts related to the study variables and analyzed in the theoretical side, As for the field study side it was carried out on a sample of Algerian public production enterprises. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting study data. And the use of partial least squares structural equations modeling with Smart PLS, This study finds that there is an effect of empowering factor, incentive and motivation On the application of total quality management in the public productive institutions under study While the factor of training and education had no effect
