Résumé: إن هذا العصر الذي يتميز بالسرعة والتغيير على كافة الأصعدة والميادين، يبرز جليا مدى أهمية تفعيل الاتصال لضمان نشر ثقافة التجديد داخل المؤسسات. حيث يعتبر الاتصال مطلبا ضروريا لتحقيق نجاح عملية التجديد وهذا لضمان بقاء واستمرارية المؤسسة في ظل المنافسة الشديدة. فالإدارة الجيدة تحرص على الاتصال الفعال مع عمالها في كافة المستويات بهدف إشراكهم في التخطيط والتنظيم لعملية التجديد لتفادي المقاومة في المؤسسة stract : This era which is characterized by speed and change at all levels and fields, clearly highlights the importance of activating the contact to ensure the dissemination of a culture of innovation within the institutions.
