Résumé: يشهد المجتمع العالمي تغيراً متسارعاً في جميع المجالات ، وتعد تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات من أبرز مظاهر هذا التغير ، حيث أصبحت المعلومات سمة هذا العصر ، وفي ظل التوغل الرقمي المتنامي وإنخراط أطفالنا المتزايد في المجتمعات الافتراضية ، أصبحت الحاجة ملحة لوضع سياسة وقائية ضد أخطار التكنولوجيا وتحفيزية للاستفادة المثلي من إيجابياتها ، وهو ما يشار اليه بالمواطنة الرقمية . وتستعرض الورقة الحالية مفهوم المواطنة الرقمية ، مواصفات المواطن الرقمي الصالح ، أسباب الاهتمام بالمواطنة الرقمية وتوضيح مخاطر الثورة الرقمية على المواطن المصري وأهمية المواطنة الرقمية ، كما تتناول مفهوم التربية على المواطنة الرقمية ومتطلبات إعداد المواطن الرقمي الصالح ، وكيفية تدريس المواطنة الرقمية للتلاميذ مع التركيز على دور الاسرة في غرس قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى أطفالها ، وصولا الى تقديم رؤية مأمولة تتضمن عدد من الأليات المقترحة لنشر ثقافة المواطنة الرقمية في المجتمع المصري A culture of digital citizenship Educational vision The world community is experiencing rapid change in all areas, Information and communications technology (ICT) is one of the most prominent features of this change where information became the hallmark of this era, and with growing digital penetration, As our children become increasingly involved in virtual societies, there is an urgent need to develop a preventive policy against the dangers of technology and to motivate them to make optimal use of their advantages, which is referred to as digital citizenship. The current paper reviews the concept of digital citizenship, the specifications of a good digital citizen, the reasons why digital citizenship is concerned and explains the dangers of digital revolution to the Egyptian citizen and the importance of digital citizenship, It also addresses the concept of education on digital citizenship, the requirements of preparing good digital citizens, and how to teach digital citizenship to students with a focus on the role of the family in instilling the values of digital citizenship in their children, in order to provide a hoped-for vision to include a number of proposed mechanisms for the dissemination of digital citizenship culture in Egyptian society.
