أثر أبعاد البراعة التنظيمية في تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية دراسة ميدانية على عينة لإطارات المؤسسة الوطنية للتجهيزات والمعدات الكهربائية والغازية وحدة العلمة- سطيف " رؤية سوسيوتنظيمية"

Résumé: الملخص تسعى هذه الدراسة الميدانية إلى الكشف عن أثر أبعاد البراعة التنظيمية في تعزيز المناعة التنظيمية على مستوى المؤسسة الوطنية للتجهيزات والمعدات الكهربائية والغازية كمدخل حديث على المؤسسة الجزائرية ومكاشفة أثار أنماط البراعة التنظيمية في تجسيد بعدي المناعة التنظيمية (التعلم التنظيمي والذاكرة التنظيمية)، وقد اعتمد البحث على المنهج الوصفي بغرض الإلمام بالدراسة التي أُجريت على إطارات الإدارة العامة للمؤسسة الوطنية للتجهيزات والمعدات الكهربائية والغازية وحدة العلمة، حيث خلصنا الى نتيجة مفادها أن أثر بعدي البراعة التنظيمية (قدرات الأداء الاستغلالي والأداء الاستثماري) المعتمد في المؤسسة له أثر إيجابي في خلق الحصانة التنظيمية لدى المؤسسة واستغلال الذاكرة التنظيمية باعتبارها المستودع المعرفي لتحزين المعلومات والخبرات التي تسهم في ديناميكية المؤسسة Abstract This field study aims to reveal the impact of organizational ambidexterity dimensions in enhancing organizational immunity the level of the National Electrical and Gas Equipment Corporation as a modern introduction to the Algerian institution and to reveal the effects of organizational ambidexterity patterns in embodying the two dimensions of organizational immunity (organizational learning and organizational memory). The research relied on the descriptive approach in order to gain familiarity with the study conducted on the general management frameworks of the National Corporation for Electrical and Gas Supplies and Equipment, the Scientific Unity el eulma, where we reached the conclusion that the effect of the two dimensions of organizational ambidexterity (capabilities of exploitative performance and investment performance) adopted in the institution has a positive impact in creating immunity. The organizational structure of the institution and the exploitation of organizational memory as a knowledge repository for storing information and experiences that contribute to the dynamism of the institution.
