إدارة الجودة الشاملة في مؤسسات التعليم العالي وأثرها على الأداء

Résumé: Abstract : This study aims to show how TQM method is applied in higher education institutions through the exposure to its most important requirements and fields and ways of application, and then clarify the strong correlation between the use of this method and access to excellence in performance and achieving the objectives of higher education institutions and improving their outputs. To achieve the objectives of the study, we selected the quality assurance cell of Shaheed Hama Lakhdar University to evaluate its operational and strategic plan, especially the self-evaluation method.
