القطاع الفلاحي ومحددات التنويع الاقتصادي في الجزائر (2010-2020)

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على القطاع الفلاحي بالجزائر كأحد أهم البدائل التنموية في إطار سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي، وذلك من خلال عرض واقع القطاع في الجزائر وتأثيراته على المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية. وتوصلت الى أنه وبالرغم مما تمتلكه الجزائر من مقومات فلاحية متنوعة إلا أن القطاع الفلاحي لا يزال يعاني من التهميش ونسبة مساهمته في الاقتصاد الوطني ضعيفة مقارنة مع ما تملكه من إمكانيات كون النتائج المحققة لا تزال بعيدة عن طموح جعل القطاع الفلاحي كبديل تنموي للمحروقات، وأوصت بأهمية وضرورة النهوض بالقطاع الفلاحي ليصبح قطاع تنموي يمكن الاعتماد عليه في سبيل التنويع الاقتصادي خارج قطاع المحروقات. The study aimed to shed light on the agricultural sector in Algeria as one of the most important development alternatives within the framework of the policy of economic diversification, by presenting the reality of the sector in Algeria and its effects on macroeconomic indicators. It concluded that, the agricultural sector still suffers from marginalization and its contribution to the national economy is weak compared to its capabilities, since the achieved results are still far from the ambition of making the agricultural sector as a development alternative to hydrocarbons, It recommended the importance and necessity of promoting the agricultural sector to become a reliable development sector for economic diversification outside the hydrocarbon sector.
