دور المجلس الوطني الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في مجال التهيئة والتعمير

Résumé: ملخص: يعد العمران أحد مقومات الحضارة التي عرفتها البشرية عبر مختلف العصور، ونظرا لأهمية هذا المصطلح تدخل المجلس الوطني الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في تنظيمه، لذلك تهدف هذه الدراسة أساسا في البحث عن مكانة وأهمية دور المجلس الوطني الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في مجال التهيئة والتعمير، والإجراءات التي أقرها واتبعها المجلس في تقاريره حول أدوات التهيئة والتعمير، ووثائق التعمير، وسياسة المدينة. ومن النتائج المرغوب التوصل إليها من خلال دراسة لهذا الموضوع هي تقييم مدى فعالية هذا المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي ودوره في مجال التهيئة والتعمير وذلك من خلال خلاصة أعماله وتقاريره في هذا المجال. Abstract: Urbanism is one of the foundations of civilization that humankind has known throughout the various ages, and given the importance of this term, the National Economic and Social Council interferes in its organization. Therefore, this study aims mainly to search for the status and importance of the role of the National Economic and Social Council in the field of Development and reconstruction, and procedures approved and followed by the Council in its reports on the tools of development and construction, construction documents and city policy. One of the desirable results reached through a study on this subject is an evaluation of the effectiveness of this economic and social council and its role in the field of preparation and reconstruction, through the summary of its work and reports in this field.
