ممارسات المسؤولية الاجتماعية في الشركات العاملة في قطاع الاتصالات بالجزائر

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الممارسات والنماذج التطبيقية للمسؤولية الاجتماعية في الشركات العاملة في قطاع الاتصالات بالجزائر (موبيليس، جازي، أوريدو)، ومدى إدراكها لهذا المفهوم بالشكل الصحيح، بدأً بالالتزام بالقوانين المختلفة خاصة ما يتعلق بحقوق العاملين وصولا إلى الحفاظ على البيئة والمساهمة في التنمية المجتمعية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن مؤسسات قطاع الاتصالات في الجزائر تقدم برامج للمسؤولية الاجتماعية كل سنة، لكنها تبقى غير كافية ولا تتماشى مع مشاكل المجتمع الجزائري وخصوصياته، وأوصت الدراسة في الأخير بضرورة رفع المساهمات المجتمعية لمؤسسات هذا القطاع، وضبطها بشكل يسمح بإيجاد حلول للمشاكل المجتمعية، والعمل على تنسيق هذه البرامج وتنويعها من مؤسسة إلى أخرى داخل هذا القطاع. This study aims at shedding light on the practices and applied models of social responsibility in the companies working in the telecommunications sector in Algeria (Mobilis, Djezzy, Ooredoo), and the extent to which this concept is properly understood. It started by adhering to our various laws concerning workers' rights to preserve the environment and contribute to Community development. The study concluded that the telecommunications sector in Algeria offers programs of social responsibility each year, but it is insufficient and is not in line with the problems and privacy of Algerian society. The study recommended the need to raise the social contributions of the sector's institutions, And to coordinate and diversify these programs from one institution to another within this sector.
