تقييم تجربة النوافذ الإسلامية في البنوك التجارية الجزائرية دراسة حالة بنك الخليج وحدة ورقلة

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى اشراك المصارف التقليدية الجزائرية في معاملات المصارف الإسلامية وذلك من خلال نوافذ التمويل الإسلامي من اجل الوصول الى تعبئة الموارد والمدخرات التي تفتح خارج الجهاز المصرفي التقليدي الجزائري والرفع من كفاءته. من خلال تقييم نشاط النافذة الإسلامية لبنك الخليج الجزائر ومقارنتها مع بنكين تقليديين " APC، BNA " بنكين إسلاميين وهما "بنك البركة الجزائري، وبنك السلام "خلال الفترة (2014 – 2017)، وهذا من خلال الدراسة الميدانية لهذه النافذة. أظهرت النتائج: ان تطور حجم التمويلات الإسلامية كان أكبر من تطور حجم التمويلات التقليدية خلال سنوات الدراسة وان مساهمة نافذة بنك الخليج الجزائر في الصيرفة الإسلامية في الجزائر كانت جيدة حيث بلغت % 20.75 حيث تعتبر تجربة استطاعت استقطاب شريحة من المجتمع الجزائري، على الرغم من انه بنك تقليدي يمارس الصيرفة الإسلامية وفق الية النوافذ الإسلامية. This study aims to involve the traditional Algerian banks in the transactions of Islamic banks through the windows of Islamic finance in order to reach the mobilization of resources and savings that open outside the traditional Algerian banking system and raise its efficiency. By evaluating the activities of the Islamic window of Gulf Bank Algeria and comparing it with two traditional banks, "APC and BNA", two Islamic banks, namely, "Al Baraka Bank Algeria and Al Salam Bank" during the period (2014-2017), and this is through a field study of this window. The results showed: that the development of the volume of Islamic financing was greater than the development of the volume of conventional financing during the years of study, and that the contribution of the Gulf Bank Algeria window to Islamic banking in Algeria was good, reaching 20.75%, as it is an experiment that was able to attract a segment of the Algerian society, despite it being a bank. Traditional practicing Islamic banking according to the mechanism of Islamic windows.
