دور الإدارة الالكترونية في ترسيخ أخلاقيات العمل بالمؤسسة

Résumé: تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع دور الإدارة الالكترونية في ترسيخ أخلاقيات العمل بالمؤسسة دراسة ميدانية في بلدية إدرار ، باعتبار أن الأخلاقيات تساهم بدرجة كبيرة في تحقيق الأهداف التنظيمية للمؤسسة،كما أن تجسيد تطبيقات الإدارة الالكترونية في مختلف وظائف المؤسسة ، وذلك من خلال الوسائط الالكترونية المتاحة للإدارة الالكترونية (الاتصال ،المتابعة ،الإشراف ،الالكتروني ،الرقابة ، التقييم...) لما لها من دور في إدخال تحسينات على مستوى الهياكل التنظيمية ، فتبقى تطبيقية الإدارة الالكترونية إستراتيجية حديثة وضرورة إدارية فعالة تؤثر على مختلف العناصر المؤثرة في مستقبل المؤسسة ،وهو ما أعطى أولوية الاهتمام بمستقبل هذا المورد البشرية وعلاقته بالأهداف التنظيمية للمؤسسة .و من هنا تبرز دراستنا محاولة تفسير العلاقة بين تجسيد تطبيقات الإدارة الالكترونية وطبيعة التأثير على أخلاقيات العمال داخل المؤسسة .بحيث اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي ،كما تم الاعتماد على تقنية الاستمارة لجمع المعلومات ، في مجتمع الدراسة بلدية ادرار،وصولا إلى تبويب النتائج وتحليلها سوسيولوجي وصولا إلى تحقق الفرضية This study dealt with the issue of the role of electronic management in the establishment of work ethics in the institution, a field study in the municipality of Idrar , considering that ethics contribute significantly to achieving the organizational goals of the institution , as well as the embodiment of electronic management applications in the various functions of the institution, through the electronic means available for electronic management ( Communication , follow-up, supervision, electronic, control , evaluation ...) because of their role in introducing improvements at the level of organizational structures , so the administration remains applied Electronic technology is a modern strategy and an effective administrative necessity that affects the various influencing elements in the future of the organization, which gave priority to attention to the future of this human resource and its relationship to the organizational goals of the organization. And from here our study highlights the attempt to explain the relationship between the embodiment of electronic management applications and the nature of the impact on the ethics of workers within the organization. so that we adopted in this study , the descriptive approach, it was also relying on the form of information technology to collect, in the study population municipality of Adrar, leading to the TPU Yep results and analysis of sociological access to the verification premise of.
