Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذا المقال إلى التعرف على أثر الرقابة المالية على سيرورة ميزانية الولاية حيث قمنا بتحليل 30 استبانة موزعة عبر ثلاث هيئات إدارية عمومية و ذلك لإضفاء الطابع الواقعي على الدراسة،وإعطائها منحى حقيقي لمعرفة مدى إلتزام أعوان تنفيذ الميزانية و مراقبتها بالقوانين و التشريعات المعمول بها لضمان السير الحسن لميزانية الولاية،بعد تحليل النتائج تبين أن هناك ارتباط واضح بين الرقابة المالية الممارسة بأبعادها الثلاثة و سيرورة ميزانية الولاية This article aims to identify the impact of financial control on the budget of wilaya process as we analyze 30 resolutions distributed across three public administrative bodies to make the study realistic and give it a real approach to the extent that the budget enforcement and monitoring assistants comply with applicable laws and legislation to ensure good progress After the analysis of the results, the budget of wilaya showed that there was a clear link between the financial control exercised in its three dimensions and the wilaya's budget process.
