Résumé: We deleat with in this study, the concept of the physical evidence in kindergartens and we tried to clarify its impact on customer satisfaction in these institutions.and in order to achieve the objectives of the study were distributed a questionnaire consisting of 31 iteams, and the study population represents all the saints associate kindergarten in wargla, where was selected them soft sample included 116 single evenly distributed on the institutions under the study, after the collection of data analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences SPSS version 20, were the study found that : the presence of a statistically significant relationship between physical evidence in kindergartens institution.
