أثر مستوى الصحة والسلامة المهنية على الحد من الحوادث المهنية – دراسة استبيانيه في شركة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة وحدة تندوف1

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد مستوى الصحة والسلامة المهنية من وجهة نظر عمال شركة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة وحدة تندوف1، من خلال استكشاف مختلف عناصر نظام الصحة والسلامة وعلاقته وأثره على مستوى تحقيق سلامة مهنية للعمال. اعتمادا للمنهج الوصفي المدعوم بدراسة حالة، وباستخدام اختبارات احصائية مجراة على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية، تم التوصل الى نتائج أهمها حصول توافق إيجابي بين افراد عينة الدراسة على أن المؤسسة تتميز بمستوى معياري للصحة والسلامة المهنية مرتفع نسبيا، وأنه يؤثر بصفة معتبرة على مستوى سلامة العمال من الحوادث المهنية. This study aims to determine the level of occupational health and safety from the viewpoint of the workers of the electricity and renewable energy company, Tindouf unit 1, by exploring the various elements of the health and safety system and its relationship and impact on the level of achieving occupational safety for workers. by using a descriptive approach supported by a case study, and using statistical tests conducted on the statistical package for social sciences program, results were reached, the most important of which, is a positive agreement among the study sample members that the institution is characterized by a standard level of occupational health and safety that is relatively high, and that it significantly affects the level of worker safety from professional accidents.
