Résumé: تهدف هده الدراسة إلى إظهار اثر الثقافة التنظيمية على جودة الحياة الوظيفية بمؤسسة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة تقرت وذلك من خلال التعرف على أبعاد الثقافة التنظيمية والمتمثلة في القيم, المعتقدات, الأعراف, التوقعات وكدا أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية المتمثلة في ظروف العمل المادية, العوامل الوظيفية, العوامل المادية, العوامل الصحية والسلامة المهنية ولتحقيق هده الأهداف تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبيان لاستطلاع عينة الدراسة, حيث تم توزيع 70 استبيان على عمال شركة الكهرباء والطاقات المتجددة تقرت منها 42 صالحة للتحليل, وذلك باستخدام برنامج (spss v.22This study aims to show the effect of organizational culture on the quality of job life in the Electricity and Renewable Energy Corporation. Represented in the physical working conditions, functional factors, physical factors, health and occupational safety factors, and to achieve these goals, the descriptive analytical approach and the questionnaire were used to survey the study sample, where 70 questionnaires were distributed to the workers of the Electricity and Renewable Energy Company, of which 42 are valid for analysis, using the program ( spss v.22). The results of the study also showed that organizational culture affects the quality of job life, and the level of quality of job life in the organization is average, and that there is a moderate correlation between organizational culture and job quality at 66.9%. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الثقافة التنظيمية تؤثر على جودة الحياة الوظيفية, كما تبين مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية في المؤسسة متوسط, وان هناك علاقة ارتباطيه متوسطة بين الثقافة التنظيمية وجودة الحياة الوظيفية بنسبة 66.9%
