العناقيد الصناعية توجه استراتيجي للرفع من تنافسية الاقتصاد الجزائري

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة على إبراز الدور المهم للعناقيد الصناعية فًي دعم و تعزٌيز تنافسية الاقتصاد الجزائري باعتباره احدى أهم الأساليب لتحقيق النمو و دعم القدرات الإنتاجية للدول، كما تم خلال هذه الدراسة عرض تجارب مختلفة للعناقيد. و خلال هذه الورقة البحثية تم الاجابة على الاشكالية الرئيسية: كيف يمكن أن يساهم تبني استراتيجية العناقيد الصناعية في التحسين و الرفع من تنافسية الاقتصاد الجزائري؟ و للاجابة تم الاعتماد على منهج دراسة حالة و المنهج التحليلي. و أهم نتائج التي تم التوصل إليها ان العناقيد الصناعية تحظى باهتمام كبير بين دول العالم كونها تقوم بتفعيل و تقوية الترابط الاقتصادي و تعد سبيل لدمج الصناعة المحلية في الاقتصاد العالمي من خلال زيادة تنافسيتها ،و الجزائر لا تزال متخلفة في نمو و تطوير العناقيد نظرا لطبيعة اقتصادها الريعي لذا يجب عليها التطبيق الفعلي لاستراتيجية العناقيد الصناعية و توفير التمويل الداعم للمشروعات، بالإضافة لتبني مجموعة من السياسات لاعادة هيكلة اقتصادها الوطني بما يتوافق و متطلبات الأسواق الدولية. Abstract : This study aimed to highlight the important role of industrial clusters in enhancing the competitiveness of the Algerian economy as it is one of the most important methods for achieving growth and supporting the productive capabilities of countries, in addition to presenting different experiences of clusters. During this research paper, the main problem was answered: How can adopting an industrial cluster strategy contribute to improving and raising the competitiveness of the Algerian economy? To answer, we relied on a case study approach and the analytical approach. The most important results are that industrial clusters receive great attention among countries because they activate and strengthen economic interconnection and integrate local industry into the global economy to increase its competitiveness. Algeria is still lagging behind in the growth of clusters due to the nature of its rentier economy, so it must adopt an industrial cluster strategy and provide financing. Supporting projects, in addition to developing policies to restructure the national economy in accordance with the requirements of international markets. Jel Classification: L12 , O10, L59
