أثر أخلاقيات المسيرين على المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات: دراسة مؤسسة لافارج - عقاز من وجهة نظر العاملين

Résumé: نهدف من خلال هذا البحث للتبيان أثر تبني المدراء لأخلاقيات العمل على المسؤولية الاجتماعية للمؤسسات بناءا على ما يتوقعه المستخدمون في مؤسسة "لافارج" لصناعة الاسمنت بعقاز، تم إجراء الدراسة وفق استبيان يركز على جانبين مهمين في الموضوع وهما السلوك الأخلاقي للمديرين والمسؤولية الاجتماعية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود أثر لأخلاقيات المسيرين على المسؤولية الاجتماعية قدره 39% وهذا يعني أنه كلما زاد اهتمام المسيرين بأخلاقياتهم الايجابية اتجاه المؤسسة (المحيط الداخلي) والمجتمع (المحيط الخارجي) كلما ساهم ذلك في تفعيل معايير المسؤولية الاجتماعية في المؤسسة. We aim through this research to demonstrate the impact of managers ’adoption of work ethics on corporate social responsibility based on what users expect at Lafarge Cement Foundation in "Ogaz", the study was done based on a questionnaire that focuses on two important aspects of the subjectand they are ethical behavior of managers and social responsibility, the study found that there is a 39% impact of the managers' ethics on social responsibility and this means that the more managers care about their positive ethics towards the institution (the internal environment) and society (the external environment)the more this will contribute to activating the social responsibility standards in the institution.
