Résumé: يهدف المقال إلى تشخيص النزاع في مالي من خلال تسليط الضوء على مسألة التدخل العسكري الفرنسي برغم من أن هذا الأمر غير جديد في سياسية فرنسا الخارجية في المنطقة وفي مالي بالأخص. فقد تبنت فرنسا مبادرة التدخل باسم محاربة الإرهاب ممثلة بذلك المنظومة الغربية. اذ سارعت بتنفيذ مجموعة من العمليات الاستخباراتية والاستراتيجية أهمها عملية برخان العسكرية و التي تقف خلفها أهداف جيو أمنية وجيو اقتصادية هامة. وقد تم التركيز على الانفلات الأمني المترتب على عملية التدخل كون الانزلاق الأمني من أشد المخاطر التي تهدد أمن دول المنطقة فضلا عن الأمن الإقليمي والأمن الإنساني على حد سواء. ناهيك عن إفرازات النزاع من أزمات أمنية وإشكاليات إنسانية حادة كـ (ظاهرة اللاجئين والهجرة غير شرعية) والتي كان لها تداعيات داخلية وأبعاد دولية خطيرة. The Article aims to diagnose the conflict in mali through shed light on the issue of French intervention, as France adopted the initiative to intervene in the name of fighting terrorism, represented by the Western system, as it hastened the implementation of a set of strategic operations, the most important of which is the Barkhan military operation, behind which important geo-economic goals stand. It has been the focus on The lawlessness resulting from the intervention process and the risks that threaten the security of the countries of the region as well as regional and human security alike. Not to mention the consequences of the conflict, including security crises and severe humanitarian problems such as(the phenomenon of refugees and illegal immigration).
