ما بعد نظرية العدالة عند جون رولز Beyond John Rawls' Theory Of Justice

Résumé: يهدف مقالنا حول نظرية العدالة كانصاف للفيلسوف الأمريكي المعاصر جون رولز(1921-2002) الى النظر في مدى ثقل وزن النظريات البديلة لها والداعية الى تجاوزها، من خلال عرض ثلاثة نماذج منها. هذه النظرية التي أحدثت صخبا فكريا فلسفياعالميا ، وردود فعل متباينة بين مؤيد وناقد ورافض لها طيلة خمسين عاما، قضى منها رولز ثلاثين سنة من التنقيح والتعديل والتصحيح، لينتقل بها من نظرية شمولية الى نظرية ليبرالية سياسية مستقلة في العدالة، متطلعا من خلالها الى يوتيوبيا واقعية كونية. فهل يمكن القول أن نظرية رولز ولى عليها الزمن ؟ This article on the theory of justice as fairness by contemporary American philosopher John Rawls (1921-2002) aims to examine the weight of alternative theories calling for override their by presenting three examples their by presenting three examples. Rawls' Theory of Justice, which created an unprecedented worldwide intellectual and philosophical clamor, and mixed reactions among supporters, critics and opponents for fifty years, of which Rawls spent thirty years reviewing, amending and correcting, to move from a totalitarian theory to a liberal political theory, and a realistic utopia universal of justice. Could it be said that Rawls’s theory is out of date?
