حوكمة العلاقات بين المؤسسات العمومية كمحاولة لتأسيس ثقافة المواطنة في الجزائر
Résumé: تعد هاته الدراسة من بين الدراسات التي تهتم بمدى أهمية حوكمة العلاقات بين المؤسسات، هذا المفهوم الذي شهدته الساحة الدولية لمواجهة التحديات بين هاته الأخيرة، وهو الأمر الذي كان باعثا حقيقيا نحو تأصيل وتطبيق اليات الحوكمة، وذلك بغية وضع معايير ضبط العلاقة الشبكية التشاركية بدرجة مناسبة من الشفافية والمصداقية والثقة فيما بين المؤسسات عامة والمؤسسات العمومية الجزائرية خاصة، والتي تعني في مجملها الالتزام بضوابط وسلوكيات أخلاقيات الأعمال بحثا عن تأصيل وتعزيز أسس المواطنة فيما بينها وفي المجتمع المدني بصفة عامة. Abstract: This study is one of the most important studies on the importance of inter institutional governance, the concept that has emerged on the international scene to meet the challenges between them, which have been a real catalyst for consolidation and application of governance mechanisms. transparency, credibility and trust between public institutions of the Algerian public and private institutions, which means a commitment in its elements controls and behaviours of business ethics in search of rooting and strengthening the foundations of citizenship among themselves and civil society in general.
