حوكمة المؤسسات العمومية -دراسة في المفاهيم مع عرض تجارب عربية-

Résumé: تعالج هذه الدراسة موضوع حوكمة المؤسسات العمومية -دراسة في المفاهيم مع عرض تجارب عربية - حيث تناولت مفهوم حوكمة المؤسسات بصفة عامة. وركزت على حوكمة المؤسسات العمومية، لأنها موضوع الساعة. مع ذكر تجارب عربية كنموذج في مجال حوكمة المؤسسات العمومية، منها تجربة مصر، عمان، تونس والجزائر. إذ أنها تعتبر بلدان ناشئة، وهي تسعى إلى إرساء متطلبات وتطبيق آليات الحوكمة، من خلال العديد من الإصلاحات. وأيضا هي دول مشابهة اقتصاديا لدولة الجزائر. Abstract: This study deals with the topic of governance of public institutions-a study in concepts with the presentation of Arab experiences - where it dealt with the concept of corporate governance in general. She focused on the governance of public institutions, as it is the topic of the hour. Mentioning Arab experiences as a model in the field of governance of public institutions, including the experience of Egypt, Oman, Tunisia and Algeria. They are considered emerging countries, and they are seeking to establish requirements and implement governance mechanisms, through many reforms. They are also economically similar to Algeria.
