Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة مساهمة و الدور الذي تلعبه تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تنمية الكفاءات من أجل تحسين الاداء الوظيفي لمؤسسة شي علي (شيالي) أنابيب بسيدي بلعباس، فقد إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة العينة متمثلة في 155مبحوثا ومبحوثة، حيث استخدمت الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وتم تحليلها إحصائيا عن طريق برنامج SPPS IBM نسخة 23، فكانت من بين النتائج المتوصل إليها عند دراسة الأثر، وعلاقة الارتباط هو الدور الكبير الذي تلعبة تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تنمية الكفاءات التي تساهم في تحسين أداء موظفيها وبالتالي تحقيق أهدافها. This research paper aims to study the role of information and technology, in the development of competencies in order to improve the job performance of the Chiali Pipeline in Sidi Bel Abbes. We have adopted the analytical descriptive approach to study the sample represented by 155 subjects. The a survey was used as a tool for the study and it was analyzed statistically through the SPPS IBM version 23 program. Among the findings was to show the role that information and technology plays in developing competencies and how the latter can contribute to improve the performance of the employees and therefore to achieve its objectives.
