الإستراتيجية الأمريكية لمكافحة الإرهاب ومنطق الهيمنة العالية: التحديات والفرص

Résumé: تحاول هذه الدراسة، البحث في مضامين الإستراتيجية الأمريكية لمكافحة الإرهاب ومنطق الهيمنة العالمية، من خلال إبراز الأهمية الوظيفية التي يكتسبها الإرهاب الدولي في السياسة الكونية الأمريكية، باعتباره يشكل أحد المداخل الرئيسية التي توفر الغطاء الإستراتيجي للقوة العظمى الأمريكية للتحكم في الرهان الجيوسياسي العالمي، وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى نتيجة مفادها أن الدوائر الإستراتيجية الأمريكية ربطت قضايا مكافحة الإرهاب بالرهانات والأهداف للكبرى للولايات المتحدة في النظام الدولي وبخاصة السيطرة على مصادر الطاقة، التحكم في التوازنات الدولية، واستكمال حلقات الانتشار العسكري الأمريكي على المستوى العالمي، الأمر الذي يؤدي إلى استدامة الهيمنة الأمريكية وتكريس الأحادية القطبية في النظام الدولي. This study aims to analyze the American strategy against terrorism and the logic of global hegemony, by showing the functional importance that international terrorism acquires in American global politics. The terrorism is one of the main entrances that provide the strategic cover for the American superpower to control the global geopolitical bet. This study concluded that the American strategic circles linked the issues of combating terrorism to the major stakes and goals of the United States in the international system, especially the control of energy resources, the control of international balances, and the completion of the American military deployment at the global level, which leads to the sustainability of American hegemony and the establishment of unipolarity in international system
