تداعيات الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية على إيرادات المحروقات في الجزائر

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هاته الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على الآثار المترتبة على الاقتصاد الجزائري نتيجة النزاع بين روسيا وأوكرانيا، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على تأثيراته على قطاع الطاقة وإيرادات الجزائر من الوقود منذ بداية الحرب. كما تتناول الدراسة كيفية تأثير هذا الصراع على الصادرات النفطية الجزائرية وتقيم أهمية المواد المصدرة الحيوية والإمدادات الطاقية العالمية للاقتصاد الوطني، بالإضافة إلى تحليل وضع ومستقبل سوق النفط في ظل التوترات الطاقية الروسية والضغوط الدولية المرتبطة بها. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الحرب قد جلبت تأثيرات إيجابية على الاقتصاد الجزائري من عدة جوانب، مؤكدة وجود علاقة مباشرة بين النزاع الروسي الأوكراني واستخدام الطاقة كأداة رئيسية في الصراعات الدولية للسيطرة العالمية. هذا بدوره أدى إلى ارتفاع أسعار السلع الغذائية الأساسية. وتشدد الدراسة على أهمية التحول نحو الطاقات المتجددة لتقليل الاعتماد على النفط وتحقيق استقلال طاقوي. كما تُظهر البيانات المالية تحسنًا ملحوظًا في إيرادات الصادرات البترولية لعام 2022 مقارنةً بالعام السابق. Abstract: This study aims to shed light on the implications for the Algerian economy as a result of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine, with a particular focus on its effects on the energy sector and Algeria's fuel revenues since the beginning of the war. The study also discusses how this conflict affects Algerian oil exports and assesses the importance of vital exported materials and global energy supplies to the national economy, in addition to analyzing the situation and future of the oil market amidst Russian energy tensions and related international pressures. The study concludes that the war has brought positive effects on the Algerian economy from several aspects, confirming a direct relationship between the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and the use of energy as a key tool in international conflicts for global control. This, in turn, led to a rise in the prices of basic food commodities. The study emphasizes the importance of transitioning to renewable energies to reduce dependence on oil and achieve energy independence. Financial data also shows a significant improvement in petroleum export revenues for 2022 compared to the previous year..
