Résumé: أصبحت اليوم التجارة الدولية مزدهرة إلى أقصى حد، تتم بحرا مما أعطاها أهميةً بالغةً وطنيا، إقليميا، ودوليا. إن بوابة هذه التجارة الدولية هي الموانئ كفضاءات مخصصة لاستقبال البضائع في التصدير والإستيراد. لا تكتسي التجارة الدولية نجاعتها إلّا بفعالية الموانئ في نشاطاتها. International trade has a predominant place and is mainly carried out by sea, which gives it a national, regional and international importance. The gateway to this trade is the port, which is defined as a space reserved for the import and export of goods. To this end, international trade can only be effective if the port and its activities are truly efficient.
