محددات الهيكل المالي للمؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الجزائرية دراسة تطبيقية لعينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في قطاع الخدمات بولاية ورقلة للفتر( 2011 – 2014)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بأهم العوامل المحددة للهيكل المالي لعينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في قطاع الخدمات لولاية ورقلة، وكذا دراسة مدى تأثير هذه العوامل على معدل الهيكل المالي لهذه المؤسسات خلال الفترة 2011-2014. ولتحقيق هذا الغرض قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية للمؤسسات محل الدراسة وتم إستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإلمام بحيثيات الجانب النظري والتطبيقي، وقد تم الإعتماد على نموذج الإنحدار المتعدد للبيانات الطولية لتفسير العلاقة بين هذه المحددات ومعدل الهيكل المالي. وقد خلصت الدراسة أن كل من المتغيرات: هيكل الأصول، عمر المؤسسة، يلعبان دورا جوهريا في تفسير الهيكل المالي لهذه المؤسسات. وأستبعد من النموذج الأمثل كل من المتغيرات: حجم المؤسسة، معدل النمو، معدل المردودية المالية، أي أنها لا تلعب دورا ملموسا في تفسير معدل الهيكل المالي لهذه المؤسسات. This study aimed to identify the most important determinants of the financial structure of a sample of small and medium enterprises in the service sector to Ouargla, and examine the impact of these factors on the rate of the financial structure of these institutions during the period 2011-2014. For this purpose we make field study institutions was studied using descriptive analytical To familiarize themselves with the merits of theoretical and applied side, have been relying on multiple regression model for CT data to explain the relationship between the determinants and rate the financial structure. The study concluded that all of the variables: asset structure, Age of enterprise, play a fundamental role in interpreting the financial structure of these institutions. Excluded from the optimization model all variables: size, growth rate and rate the financial viability, no it doesn't play a role in interpreting the financial structure of these institutions.
