أثر الالتزام بمبادئ الحوكمة المؤسسية على كفاءة البنوك الإسلامية الأردنية "دراسة ميدانية"

Résumé: تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مدى التزام البنوك الإسلامية الأردنية بمبادئ الحوكمة المؤسسية، وأثر ذلك على كفاءة تلك البنوك، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وذلك من خلال توزيع استبانة على عينة الدراسة، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة: حرص إدارة البنوك الإسلامية في الأردن على المحافظة على حقوق المساهمين وأصحاب المصالح، والتزامها بتوفير عناصر الشفافية والافصاح للمعلومات المنشورة عنها، كما أنها تقوم بأداء مسؤولياتها المختلفة وتطبيق مبادئ الحوكمة المؤسسية بكفاءة وفعالية، بالإضافة لقيام الهيئات الرقابية في تلك البنوك بأداء مسؤولياتها بكفاءة وفعالية أيضاً، كما بينت النتائج كذلك وجود علاقة ارتباطية موجبة بين الالتزام بتطبيق الحوكمة المؤسسية في البنوك الإسلامية الأردنية وكفاءتها. This study seeks to determine the extent to which Jordanian Islamic banks adhere to the principles of corporate governance, and its impact on the efficiency of these banks, as the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, by distributing a questionnaire to the sample of the study, Among of the most important findings of the study: the keenness of the Islamic Banks’ Management in Jordan to preserve the rights of shareholders and stakeholders, and their commitment to providing elements of transparency and disclosure of the information published about them, it also executes its various responsibilities and applies the principles of corporate governance efficiently and effectively, besides the supervisory bodies in these banks accomplish else their responsibilities efficiently and effectively, as well as the results showed the existence of a positive correlation between the commitment to implementing corporate governance in Jordanian Islamic banks and their efficiency.
