تقييم المناخ التنظيمي الجامعي من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس - دراسة ميدانية بجامعة 20أوت 1955- سكيكدة -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى البحث عن طبيعة المناخ التنظيمي السائد في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والعلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة 20 أوت 1955 سكيكدة .حيث قدر مجتمع الدراسة بـ 139 أستاذ جامعي ،و قدّرت عينة الدراسة بـ 50 أستاذ جامعي. وتوصلت النتائج إلى: - وجود مناخ تنظيمي متوسط سائد في كلية العلوم الإنسانية والعلوم الاجتماعية حسب إدراك الأساتذة الجامعيين. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في إدراك الأساتذة الجامعيين للمناخ التنظيمي السائد في كلية العلوم الإنسانية و العلوم الاجتماعية تعزى إلى متغير التخصص. - عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في إدراك الأساتذة الجامعيين للمناخ التنظيمي السائد في كلية العلوم الإنسانية و العلوم الاجتماعية تعزى إلى متغير الدرجة العلمية. The study in question aiming to find the nature of organizational atmosphere followed at the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, 20 August 1955, Skikda . The study assembly is estimated to 139 university professors and the final study was elaborated by 50 university professors, and the results are the following: All the university professors agreed on the availability of an average organizational atmosphere which is applied and common at the faculty of Humanities and social sciences. Also, they agreed that the proved statistical differences are not worth to be mentioned in the faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences concerning the different specialties.
