مستوى امتلاك مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني لمهارات إرشاد الأزمات في ظل بعض المتغيرات
Résumé: الملخص: تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مستوى امتلاك مستشاري الارشاد و التوجيه المدرسي والمهني لمهارات ارشاد الأزمات، كما هدفت إلى الكشف عن أثر كل من ( الجنس، التخصص، الأقدمية في العمل ، مكان العمل) لدى مستشاري مركز التوجيه المهني بولاية الوادي وولاية المغير. استخدمت الباحثتان المنهج المسحي الاستكشافي، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة استخدمت الباحثتين استبيان سبق حساب صدقه وثباته وهو خاص بالمهارات الإرشادية للمستشارين، وبلغت عينة الدراسة (60) مستشار ومستشارة من مركزي التوجيه والارشاد المهني والمدرسي بولايتي الوادي والمغير. وقد قامت الباحثتان بتطبيق الاستبيان على عينة الدراسة ثم قامتا بتحليل استجابات أفراد العينة باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للدراسات الاجتماعية(spss). وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة النتائج التالية: -امتلاك مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي والمهني لمستوى فوق المتوسط لمهارات ارشاد الأزمات. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية بين الجنسين في مهارات ارشاد الأزمات. - عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى امتلاك مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني لمهارات ارشاد الأزمات تبعا لمتغير التخصص. - وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى امتلاك مستشاري الارشاد والتوجيه المدرسي والمهني لمهارات ارشاد الأزمات تبعا لمتغير للأقدمية في العمل. Abstract The current study aims to reveal the level of possession of school and vocational guidance counselors Of the skills of advising crises, and it also aimed to reveal the roles of (gender, specialization, seniority in work, and workplace of the counselors of the Vocational Guidance Center) Al-Wadi state Al-Mughayer narration.
