صناعة النشر العلمي في الجزائر دراسة تشخيصية (الصعوبات والحلول)

Résumé: يهدف هذا البحث للكشف عن الصعوبات والعراقيل التي تقف عائقا في وجه صناعة نشر العلمي في الجزائر وذلك من خلال الدراسة التشخيصية لوقائع النشر العلمي في الجزائر ومعرفة أوعية النشر المكلفة بذلك والإجراءات المتخذة من طرفها أثناء التعامل مع مختلف المنتجات العلمية الأكاديمية وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج نوجزها كما يلي: - معظم الإصلاحات التي شهدها قطاع التعليم العالي في الجزائر معظمها لم تمس جوهر هذا القطاع وهو البحث العلمي؛ - الاعتماد على الأساليب التقليدية والبرامج الارتجالية بالرغم من التطور التكنولوجي والرقمي في هذا المجال؛ - غياب الاستشارة من أهل الخبرة والاختصاص في مجال نشر الأبحاث العلمية. Abstract: This research aims to reveal the difficulties and obstacles that stand in the way of the scientific publishing industry in Algeria, through a diagnostic study of the facts of scientific publishing in Algeria and the knowledge of the publishing vessels in charge of this and the measures taken by them while dealing with various academic scientific products, The research reached a set of results, which can be summarized as follows: - Most of the reforms witnessed by the higher education sector in Algeria, most of them did not touch the core of this sector, which is scientific research; - Relying on traditional methods and improvisational programs despite the technological and digital development in this field; -Lack of advice from experts and specialists in the field of publishing scientific research.
