Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة معوقات تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني بمعاهد علوم وتقنيات نشاطات البدنية والرياضية ، حيث تكونت عينة دراستنا من (21) أستاذ معهد علوم و تقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضيةبورقلة وكان اختيارنا للعينة قصديا وتم استعمال المنهج الوصفي في الدراسة واستعمال الحزم الإحصائية في عملية التفريغ من خلال برنامج الحزم الإحصائية " SPSS " نسخة 20 وقد تم حساب صدق وثبات المقياس للتأكد من صلاحيته وثباته و الذي تم أخذه من طرف لـ: سليمانحسينموسىالمزين (2015) حول معوقاتتطبيقالتعليمالإلكترونيفيالجامعاتالفلسطينيةوسبلالحدمنهامنوجهةنظرالطلبةفيضوءبعضالمتغيراتوالذي يتوافق مع خصائص عينة دراستنا والمتغيرات المراد قياسها، حيث أظهرت النتائج ما يلي : • تختلف معوقات تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني التي يوجهها أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بورقلة تبعا لمتغير الرتبة العلمية • تختلف معوقات تطبيق التعليم الالكتروني التي يوجهها أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بورقلة تبعا لمتغير للأقدمية في العمل بالمعهد. • توجد هناك معوقات لتطبيق التعليم الالكتروني التي يوجهها أساتذة التربية البدنية والرياضية بمعهد علوم وتقنيات النشاطات البدنية والرياضية بورقلة من خلال تحقيقها لأعلى متوسطات حسابية . Abstract : This study aimed to know the obstacles to the application of e-learning in the institutes of science and techniques of physical and sports activities, where the sample of our study consisted of (21) professor of the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities in Ouargla, and our selection of the sample was intentional. Unloading through the statistical packages program "SPSS" version 20. The validity and reliability of the scale were calculated to ensure its validity and stability, which was taken by: Suleiman Hussein Musa Al-Muzain (2015) about the obstacles to the application of e-learning in Palestinian universities and ways to reduce them from the point of view of Students in the light of some variables, which correspond to the characteristics of our study sample and the variables to be measured. • The obstacles to applying e-learning that teachers of physical education and sports at the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities in Ouargla face differ according to the scientific rank variable • The obstacles to applying e-learning faced by teachers of physical education and sports at the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities in Ouarglavary, depending on a variable of seniority at the institute. • There are obstacles to the application of e-learning faced by teachers of physical education and sports at the Institute of Sciences and Techniques of Physical and Sports Activities in Ouargla by achieving the highest arithmetic averages.
