Résumé: This study came to clarify the role of participatory electronic training as a method for developing human capital, and the study was carried out in a public economic institution, "The National Aeronautics Corporation, Ouargla Airport" using the descriptive analytical approach, and to collect data, a questionnaire was used, and the study community consisted of a group of employees of the National Air Navigation Corporation. Ouargla Airport, where the study reached the following results: Participatory electronic training contributes to the development of human resources knowledge at the National Air Navigation Corporation, Ouargla Airport; Participatory electronic training contributes to the development of human resources skills at the National Air Navigation Corporation, Ouargla Airport; Participatory electronic training contributes to valuing the human resources experience at the National Air Navigation Corporation, Ouargla Airport
