أثر جائحة كوفيد -19-كمسرع لوتيرة التحول الرقمي للمؤسسات: وجهة نظر تسويقية مع استعراض حالة مؤسسة (accenture، Hmrc)

Résumé: يهدف هذا المقال هذه تسليط الضوء على مساهمة جائحة فيروس كورونا في التسريع من وتيرة تحول المؤسسات نحو الرقمنة في نماذج أعمالها ،نظرا لما يواجهه العالم من تغير ديناميكي متزايد في طبيعة سلوكيات الشراء التي تغيرت كليا بسبب الحجر الصحي في المنازل، تم تناول الدراسة بشكل أساسي من خلال وجهة نظر الشركات نظرا لكونها المصدر الرئيسي في ايصال المنتوج الى المستهلك النهائي،وقد تم الاعتماد على منهج دراسة الحالة والمنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإجابة على تساؤلات الدراسة، و توصلت هذه الدراسة الى نتيجة أنه أصبح لزاما على المؤسسات الإقتصادية التعامل مع هذه الأزمات المفاجئة عن طريق تبني بسرعة بروتوكولات مرنة مع الإستعانة بالذكاء الإصطناعي لمواجهة كل ما هو غير متوقع في ظل توقعات واحتمالات بظهور موجات جديدة من الأوبئة. This research paper aims to shed light on the contribution of the Coronavirus pandemic to accelerating the pace of organizations ’transformation towards digitalization in their business models, given the increasingly dynamic change that the world faces in the nature of purchasing, which has changed completely due to the necessity to stay at home, the study was mainly addressed from Through the lens of companies, given that they are the main source in the delivery of the product to the final consumer, and this study came to the conclusion that it has become imperative for economic institutions to deal with these sudden crises by quickly adopting flexible protocols with the use of artificial intelligence to confront the unexpected.
