أثر التعليم الهجين في تحسين العملية التعليمية في الجامعة الجزائرية

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تسليط الضوء على نمط التعليم الهجين الذي يجمع بين التعليم الحضوري والتعليم عن بعد بمختلف الوسائط التكنولوجية، حيث تسعى الجامعات الى الارتقاء بالتعليم من خلال هذا النمط الذي غير من دور الطالب حيث يساعده على التعلم بشكل أكثر فعالية ومرونة في التعلم, كما غير من دور الأستاذ وأكسبه مختلف المهارات التكنولوجية , لذا حاولنا التطرق في هذه الورقة البحثية نشأة التعليم الهجين واهميته بالنسبة للطالب والمعلم وحتى العملية التعليمية لما له من مميزات حيث يعتبر حلقة وصل بين التعليم الصفي والتعليم الالكتروني. This study aims to shed light on the hybrid education model that combines face-to-face education and distance education through various technological media, as universities seek to advance education through this model that has changed the role of the student as it helps him learn more effectively and flexibly in learning, and has also changed the role of the professor and provided him with various technological skills, so we tried to address in this research paper the emergence of hybrid education and its importance for the student, teacher and even the educational process due to its advantages as it is considered a link between classroom education and e-learning.
