فعالية تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال في العملية التعليمية في ظل جائحة كورونا

Résumé: ساهم التطور التكنولوجي بتحولات في مجالات متعددة اهمها العملية التعليمية، لا سيما في ظل الانتشار الواسع لجائحة كورونا فبرز ما يسمى نمط التعليم عن بعد وأصبح ضرورة حتمية حيث أنه نظام تعليمي يعتمد على بيئة رقمية تستهدف مواصلة العملية التعليمية. وبما أنه تسببت تبعات جائحة كورونا في غلق المؤسسات التعليمية وتوقيف النشاطات البيداغوجية في الكثير من دول العالم، ومن بينها الجزائر ارتأت إلى مواجهة هذه الأزمة ، من خلال تسطير مشروع التعليم عن بعد ونقل النشاط البيداغوجي الحضوري إلى نمط التعليم الهجين(حضوري، عن بعد) و في هاته الورقة البحثية نتناول هذا النوع من النمط التعليمي وأهم القرارات التي اتخذتها الجزائر وكذا آليات المدرجة لمواصلة العملية التعليمية كالمنصات الرقمية الالكترونية ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي التي تسعى إلى تحسين هذا النمط الهجين من التعليم حيث أن التعليم عن بعد قد ساهم بفعالية في مواجهة الجائحة وقدم دعما للعملية التعليمية رغم الظروف الصعبة التي تواجه تطبيقه Technological development has contributed to transformations in many areas, most important of which are the educational process, not called the widespread spread of the coronavirus pandemic. Since the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic had caused the closure of educational institutions and the suspension of pedagogical activities in many countries of the world, including Algeria, to face this crisis, by shaping the project of distance education and moving the attendant pedagogical activity to a hybrid pattern of education (In my presence, remotely) In this paper, we address this type of educational pattern and the most important decisions taken by Algeria, as well as the mechanisms included to continue the educational process such as digital platforms and social media sites that seek to improve this hybrid pattern of education, as distance education has effectively contributed to the response to the pandemic and provided support to the educational process despite the difficult conditions facing its application.
