تقدير دالة الإنتاج الزراعي الجزائري خلال الفترة 2004-2016

Résumé: تحتل الزراعة مكانة بالغة الأهمية في اقتصاديات الدول النامية، فهي تعتبر مورد رئيسي للدخل و مصدر رئيسي للعمالة، ولهذا من الضروري المحافظة على هذا القطاع لضمان توفير الغذاء و ضمان الأمن الغذائي لهذه الدول. تهدف دراستنا إلى تقدير دالة الإنتاج الزراعي في الجزائر باستخدام كل من دالة إنتاج كوب-دوغلاس و دالة إنتاج سولو خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2004 إلى 2016. وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة القياسية معنوية كافة المتغيرات المستقلة المتمثلة في رأس المال، العمل باستثناء معامل الإنتاجية الكلية المستخدم في دالة إنتاج سولو. كما تشير النتائج عامة أن عناصر الإنتاج الواردة في النموذج المقدر تفسر حوالي 80 % من المتغير التابع أي الإنتاج الزراعي، إضافة إلى تميز الدالة بأن مجموع مرونات الإنتاج أكبر من الواحد و هذا يدل على أنها ذات غلة حجم متزايدة. Summary: Agriculture has an important place in the economies of emerging countries, since it is a major source of income and of employment. Therefore, it is necessary to maintain this sector to ensure food and food security for these countries. Our study aims to estimate the agricultural production function in Algeria using Cobb-Douglass and the Solow production functions during 2004 to 2016. The empirical results show the significance of the independent variables except for the total productivity factor. Generally, the results indicate that the production elements contained in our model explain 80% of the agricultural input.
